With Dealers, SCDS bill the end clients and look after the first line support. Our dealers look after the account management and sales aspect of the relationship with the end client. We can co-brand the billing and agreement with the dealer partner and a percentage of the gross profit on all contracted services is paid monthly. This type of partnership is suitable to partners who do not have a billing solution in-house and for those who do not have the necessary resource or capability to provide 1stline support to end clients. Half of all of our partners are dealers and for many we are offering a path to a reseller model should that become more suitable in the future.
Resellers contract directly with the end client and they also bill the end client in their own name. Resellers are responsible for 1st line support and installations as well as fault trouble shooting and end client technical assistance. We do require a certain level of SIP and IP knowledge from our resellers in order for them to be able to assist their clients directly.
We provide training and support for all of our partners both on a commercial and technical basis. Training and support is one of the key differentiators between SCDS and other suppliers in the market.
